Turnaround tracking
Test milestones from specimen receipt to release, compared with target times you set, with on-track, approaching and breached states.
Quality control
Record quality-control activity as part of daily laboratory operations.
Inventory & stores
Lot-level stock with expiry dates, first-expiring-first-out issues and an append-only movement ledger.
Billing & payments
Server-calculated bills, cashier payments, an online payment option where configured, and a full payment audit trail.
Analyzer connectivity
Selected analyzer connections where compatible and configured. Supported instruments are confirmed during implementation.
Reports & printing

Traceability at every step
- Only Lab and Admin users can submit, correct, validate and release results.
- Release records the reviewer, time, optional note and a fingerprint of the approved results; any later correction invalidates the release.
- Changes to critical limits and turnaround targets are kept in a history with the actor and time.
- Payment reversals are retained as audit events; original receipts are never rewritten.

Does ZenithLIS diagnose patients?
No. ZenithLIS is a laboratory information-management tool. Laboratory results and clinical decisions remain the responsibility of appropriately qualified professionals.
Which analyzers can it connect to?
Analyzer connections depend on the instrument, its interface and its configuration. Share your analyzer models with us and we will confirm compatibility during implementation planning.
How are critical results communicated?
Critical results create in-app notifications for lab and admin accounts, which each recipient acknowledges. SMS and email delivery of critical alerts is not currently included.
Can patients pay online?
An online payment option can be configured for deployments with a merchant account. Each payment is checked with the payment provider before it is posted.
