Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Techguruz Uganda Limited (“we”, “us”), the company behind Zenith Health Informatics, handles personal information collected through zenithhealthinformatics.tech. It covers this website only. Patient information held in a deployed ZenithHMIS or ZenithLIS system is governed by the agreement with the healthcare institution concerned, not by this notice.

Information we collect

When you submit the contact or demo request form, we collect:

• your name, work email address and, if you provide it, phone number;
• your organization or facility, country, and role or department;
• your product interest, enquiry type and the message you write;
• your consent to be contacted, the date and time of submission, your IP address and browser type, which we use to prevent spam and abuse.

Please do not include patient information in the form.

Why we use it

• To respond to your enquiry, arrange demonstrations and discuss your requirements.
• To keep a record of enquiries so that our team can follow up consistently.
• To protect the website from spam, abuse and security threats.

We rely on your consent, which you give when you submit the form, and on our legitimate interest in operating and securing the website.

Who can access it

Enquiries are stored on our web server and are accessible only to authorized Techguruz Uganda Limited staff who handle sales, implementation and support enquiries. We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the website, where required by law, or with your permission.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond to you and manage any resulting relationship, and then for no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless a longer period is required by law. You may ask us to delete your enquiry sooner.

Cookies and third parties

This website uses one essential session cookie to protect forms against misuse. It does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers when you visit.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, including Uganda’s Data Protection and Privacy Act, 2019, you may ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to be contacted.
